If you want us to photograph your gymnast at the USAIGC World Championships 2013 in Palm Springs, CA, USA you must send us a deposit of $30 - you will receive an extra $10 credit for signing up early. This can be used toward purchasing prints, digital downloads, canvases, or anything else available for sale with us. Payments are securely processed through PayPal.

If your gymnast has siblings who are also competing and you want to sign them up for photos also, add their first names in the designated fields at the end of the form. The 1st sibling is an additional $20 deposit, the 2nd, 3rd, etc are each an additional $10 deposit. Siblings will each receive a $5 additional credit for signing up early.
